What an empowered, redeeming birth! The ball was always in her court and every decision was one that she made. And her husband was an amazing support to help her talk through the options.

We had discussed the possibility of going without and epidural for her induction, she wanted that but was open to it if she needed it. She was able to fully lean into herself and onto her husband and I to go through it.

One of her biggest goals was to have a shorter pushing time…and boy did she hit it at only 20 minutes! But before all the pushing came lots of talking, and lots of laughter.
After sweet Anna made her entrance and they were settled, I booked a flight to Orlando to see my youngest! It felt a little serendipitous that my client was an Irish dancer and I was going to see my girl compete one last time!
