Pregnancy is a special time. It can be beautiful. It can be hard. It can be a lot of things. Getting some help, especially toward the end of your pregnancy, so that you can relax and enjoy the experience is a good thing.
From meal planning to helping setup the nursery to talking through any concerns that you have, I am here to help make sure that mom is okay and being taken care of.
Resting Place
This is great for the last stretch of pregnancy, especially for high risk pregnancies. Allowing the mother to rest, or helping the family get ready for the baby.

Birth Services
Your birth. That is how it should be known. I am there to come alongside you as you welcome your new little one earthside. My goal is to help you and your partner through one of the most exciting times in your life, however that may look for you.
I offer a free consultation to get to know each other. We can chat on the phone, zoom, or meet up at a local coffee shop…don’t forget your interview questions! Here is a good place to start.

4th Trimester Care
4th Trimester care is centered around mothering the mother. You are there for your baby, your doula is there for you. I am there to care for you, help you heal, become restored so you can better care for your baby and family.

- And my personal favorite-BABY SNUGGLES, these can be given at any time! Need a shower? Need rest? Need alone time? Need time with your partner or other children to reconnect? I am here for the snuggles.

- 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 3 weeks
- 27 hours total

Overnights
Limited Availability
- Overnight infant care so mother can rest
- Breastfeeding/bottle feeding support
- Help with emotional and physical recovery after birth or cesarean
