Hello! My name is Cara. I am a Certified Postpartum Doula, a Certified Labor Doula and Childbirth Educator through CAPPA.
What does this mean? It means that I am able to serve you through this time of welcoming a new little one into your family. Whether it’s the first time, or not!
I have always had a way with babies, and found myself always offering new mamas, or telling new dads that I would love nothing more than to help them catch up on sleep, help around the house, or shower. I only found out in the last few years that this type of work could be a profession, and once I dove in I just kept growing and learning how to better serve families in the most tender time of childbirth and postpartum.
I come alongside you during pregnancy, labor, and childbirth to provide you with emotional, physical and informational support so you can have a positive, safe and healthy experience.
Learning the ins and outs of labor and childbirth can be daunting. I provide up-to-date, evidence-based education on childbirth and related topics.
